San Juan Capistrano working with Rancho Mission Viejo Riding Park on code complaints

San Juan Capistrano officials say they are working with the operators of the city’s 40-acre riding park and with regulatory agencies to make sure the equestrian and sports facility complies with all codes.
Since August, the city, the Orange County Fire Authority and the San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board have received complaints alleging code violations at Rancho Mission Viejo Riding Park, the city said in a news release.
