San Clemente ponders local vulnerabilities to a rising sea level
San Clemente is setting out to identify what coastal installations may be vulnerable to a rising sea level and what to do about them.
The goal is to evaluate what a rise in sea level of as much as five feet by the end of the century could mean to resources such as the San Clemente Pier, Marine Safety Headquarters, the beaches, beach restrooms, oceanfront homes, the railroad and coastal bluffs.
