San Clemente, El Toro advance to Loara Tournament final

San Clemente defeated Ayala of Chino Hills 9-5 in one championship semifinal and El Toro beat Aliso Niguel 12-10 in the other semifinal Thursday at Glover Stadium in Anaheim.
San Clemente’s Jeff Buyntjens had three hits and Jimmy Cusey drove in three runs for the Tritons (6-0).
Stone Shiffman had two RBIs for El Toro (6-0).
El Toro and San Clemente, South Coast League rivals, will play in the Loara Tournament championship game Friday at Glover Stadium. Starting time will be announced later
