San Clemente beats Buena Park despite big game from Dashiell

Clutch shooting in the fourth quarter and tough defense in that final period carried San Clemente to a 70-61 win over Buena Park in a Tustin Classic first-round game Tuesday at Tustin High.
Spencer Egbert scored 10 points for the Tritons in the fourth quarter, including two 3-pointers. Jacob Nemeth scored six points in the quarter in which he was 4 for 4 at the free-throw line. And collectively the Tritons finally limited the damage Buena Park’s Cameron Dashiell had inflicted over quarters
