Safe and Sound Initiative honored

From press reports In February 2016, Choctaw Nursing and Rehabilitation Center's Safe and Sound Initiative was honored with a national award. The national award was presented during the AGPT's annual membership meeting and awards ceremony in Anaheim, California, on February 18, 2016. Gaston was a former resident of Choctaw Nursing and Rehabilitation. The focuses of this initiative are to maximize cognitive well-being and to keep the clients at the facility as safe and comfortable as possible.
