Vaunted super featherweight prospect Ryan Garcia held up under constant pressure from Puerto Rican veteran Jayson Velez to capture the NABO and NABF titles Friday at StubHub Center.
Garcia, a 19-year-old native of Victorville, was forced to go the full 10 rounds, earning the second decision win of his career (15-0, 13 KOs).
