Ruby’s Diner to launch 3.5 pound burger challenge, loyalty program

Ruby’s Diner is celebrating its 35th anniversary Wednesday, July 26, with a special deal on a new burger.
The aptly-named Anniversary Burger, offered at $2.99 with a side of fries, is a quarter-pound version of the classic RubyBurger. (The signature RubyBurger, named after the founder’s mother, is slightly bigger at one-third of a pound.)
