The very first Ruby’s Diner opened in Newport Beach on the Balboa Pier in 1982. Today there are more than 34 diners across the United States.To celebrate 35 years of success, Ruby’s is offering a Ruby Burger and French fries for $2.99 on Thursday, Dec. 7. Proceeds will go to benefit the
