PHILADELPHIA — The Dodgers have put Walker Buehler in their rotation. They have pulled him out of their rotation. They have asked him to pitch out of their bullpen. They have sent him down to Class-A on a rehab assignment. They have sent him down to Triple-A twice, once recalling him almost as his plane was taxiing to the gate.
