Rose Parade decorating tours offered in Spanish, Mandarin this year

The Tournament of Roses is offering free guided tours of the Rose Parade’s decorating areas to Spanish and Mandarin speakers beginning Dec. 28.
The tours at the Rosemont Pavilion at 700 Seco St. require participants to reserve their spot by contacting frontdesk@tournamentofroses.com ahead of time.
The Decorating Places tours give fans a chance to see the floats before the New Year’s Day parade. The tours offer an inside look as volunteers add the final flowers.
