Riquna Williams’ return will give the Sparks a full roster for the first time

LOS ANGELES — Twenty-six games in, the Sparks expect to be whole for the first time when they host the Indiana Fever at 7:30 p.m. Thursday (on Spectrum SportsNet).
Guard Riquna Williams will be back following the 10-game suspension that resulted from the WNBA’s investigation into an alleged domestic violence incident in December.
Williams’ return gives the Sparks — 16-10, in fourth place and winners of nine consecutive at Staples Center (where they’ll play five of t
