Richard Dunn: Two Pacifica Christian basketball transfers declared ineligible

Two years ago, Pacifica Christian High School opened with 50 students in an old, renovated building in Newport Beach, not the ritzy area but the industrial west side.
But now the school and its boys basketball program have been cited by the CIF-Southern Section because of “undue influence” regarding two transfers, Judah Brown and Solomon Davis, both of whom have been declared ineligible for the 2017-18 season.
