RFD warning residents about donation scam

RICHARDSON -- The Richardson Fire Department is warning residents of scammers who are calling and asking for donations. Director of Communications Greg Sowell said Wednesday that the scammers say they're an affiliate of the department and calling themselves the "Association of Firefighters and Paramedics," which isn't true.
