Republicans are finally coming around on climate change and it’s about time.
This is both the right policy move and it’s good politics. Win-win.
According to Politico, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, a Bakersfield Republican, is expected to introduce a series of bills to serve as the party’s position on the environment, coming at a time when the party is struggling to attract younger voters who overwhelmingly see climate change as a key issue.
