Remembering those lost during Dia de los Muertos in Placentia

The Day of the Dead Festival on Sunday came to life with imagery of skeletons dressed in bright and colorful costumes and festival-goers wearing skull-like face paint. The festival was funded with a grant received by the Muckenthaler Cultural Center, a Fullerton nonprofit that has expanded to hold classes at the Teen Arts Center at Kraemer Memorial Park.
