Rematch in 29th Senate District primary figures to be tight race

One of the tightest 2020 elections in Orange County could be the rematch between Republican State Sen. Ling Ling Chang and Democrat Josh Newman in the 29th Senate District.
And the March 3 primary will offer a first look at how voters feel about those two candidates, along with Democratic challenger Joseph Cho, before the top two of those three move on to the general election in November.
