Red Lobster adds lobster and waffles with maple syrup to its menu

Red Lobster began serving its annual Lobsterfest menu in January but ramped it up this week, adding a new dish called Crispy Lobster and Waffles.
An adaptation of the Southern favorite chicken and waffles, Red Lobster’s dish features buttermilk-battered seafood served on a waffle made like the chain’s cheesy Cheddar Bay Biscuits and drizzled with maple syrup with more syrup on side.
