Reaction to Lakers trade for Anthony Davis – LaVar Ball predicts no championships

LeBron James’ first season in Los Angeles did not end the way he and many others anticipated. It also left more questions than answers about the direction of the Lakers’ future.
The team did take a giant step forward Saturday after a reported trade agreement with the New Orleans Pelicans, that would send Anthony Davis to Los Angeles.
Lonzo Ball, Brandon, Ingram, Josh Hart and three first-round picks are headed to the Pelicans.
