‘Ratched’ co-creator Ryan Murphy sells Laguna Beach home for $10.7 million

Ryan Murphy, the hit-making co-creator of Netflix’s “Ratched,” has finally parted with his hilltop, ocean-view estate in Laguna Beach.
The $10.65 million deal comes after years on and off the market, with a peak asking price of $18.75 million in 2018.
When it closed last week, the property’s sale was a nearly 15% drop from the $12.5 million it last sought in July.
