Rams waive former All-Pro returner Pharoh Cooper, sign running back C.J. Anderson

In a surprising late-season move, the Rams waived receiver and recent All-Pro return specialist Pharoh Cooper on Tuesday.
In a corresponding move, the Rams signed veteran running back C.J. Anderson. Todd Gurley’s status for Sunday’s game at Arizona is day to day because of knee inflammation and backup Justin Davis’ status is the same because of a shoulder injury.
