Rams close to acquiring CB Marcus Peters from Chiefs

The Rams are in serious discussions with the Kansas City Chiefs about a trade for third-year cornerback Marcus Peters, according to sources.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter first reported the potential trade in which the Rams would acquire the 25-year-old Peters, who has 19 career interceptions over three years and still has two years remaining on his rookie contract.
