Pursuing justice in a thoughtful way

Homelessness is not a crime. It will not be treated as one by the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
However, there is a subgroup of the homeless population throughout Orange County who have repeatedly refused services and assistance. Instead, they continue to commit crimes and victimize Orange County residents and visitors while living on the streets.
