Provide DREAMers a pathway to citizenship
DREAMers are young people, from many nations, that were brought to this country as children, and applied for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program. In exchange for registering with the government, passing a thorough background check, and strictly obeying the law, they received a work permit and temporary protection from deportation.
