Prosecutor says he will seek 1 year in prison for Rep. Duncan Hunter

SAN DIEGO —  A federal prosecutor said he plans to ask for at least a year in prison for Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Alpine, who pleaded guilty Tuesday to misusing $250,000 in campaign funds.
