As President Donald Trump took the stage to deliver the Fourth of July speech that ABC, CBS and NBC piously refused to broadcast to their audiences, it was a little after 6:30 p.m. in Washington, D.C., and a little after 3 in the morning in Tehran.
It was about 7:15 a.m. in Pyongyang, North Korea, and almost 2 a.m. in Damascus, Syria.
In Moscow, it was just past 2:30 in the morning. In Beijing, not quite 7 a.m.
