Plan for more than 600 homes in Lake Forest clears first hurdle

More than 600 homes – including an affordable 65-unit senior apartment complex – won support from Lake Forest’s Planning Commission to replace the Nakase Nursery near the 241 Toll Road in Lake Forest.
