Plan for Dana Point residents to fund permanent housing for homeless embraced by task force

DANA POINT — A plan in which residents, community groups and businesses would raise money to fund permanent housing for the city’s soaring homeless population met with approval during a meeting of the Dana Point Homeless Task Force on Monday, Jan. 29.
