Photos: San Bernardino terror attack remembered on third anniversary

Three years after 14 people were killed and 22 wounded by gunfire during a gathering for county employees at San Bernardino’s Inland Regional Center, San Bernardino County officials are asking the public to honor the victims by observing a moment of silence at 10:55 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 2, about the time of the shooting, and to fly flags at half-staff on that day.
