Peek inside homes that sold for well over their asking prices

Bidding wars aren’t necessarily limited to the lower price ranges any more.
A six-bedroom house in Huntington Beach’s upscale Edwards Hill community that recently sold at $2.55 million went for $151,000 over the asking price.
