Pedestrian struck and killed on 91 Freeway

A man was struck and killed Thursday morning while running across traffic lanes on the 91 freeway in Buena Park.
The pedestrian, who was believed to be in his mid-30s, was walking along the side of the westbound 91 near Knott Avenue about 10 a.m. before stepping into traffic, California Highway Patrol Officer Duane Graham said.
A Honda Civic struck the man, who was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle was not injured, Graham said.
