A Pasadena estate owned by billionaire Peter Sperling is on the market for $9.995 million.
The 6,548-square-foot, Italian Renaissance Revival-style home sits on a half-acre-plus lot as the creation of noted architect Garrett Van Pelt. Completed in 1929, it has four bedrooms and five bathrooms with modern improvements inside and out.
Records show Sperling and his wife, Stephanie, bought the property for $5.73 million in November 2019.
