Oscars 2019: Melissa McCarthy, a cape and all your ‘Favourite’ rabbits

Melissa McCarthy presented the award for best costume design with Brian Tyree Henry, and if you hadn’t seen “The Favourite” you probably didn’t get the joke.
McCarthy wore an old-fashioned ruffed collar and long, long train befitting Queen Anne, the character played by Oscar nominee Olivia Colman in “The Favourite,” and all of it was covered in plush rabbits, a nod to that character’s beloved pets.
