Orange plans to steadily increase water rates through 2022

A series of water rate increases have been approved by the Orange City Council through 2022, a move that in its first year will raise rates 12 percent for the average single-family residence and 16 percent for multi-family buildings but offer reductions for most commercial and agriculture customers.
