Orange County’s 31 congressional candidates share views before March 3 primary

There are 31 candidates vying in the March 3 primary for seven U.S. House of Representatives seats that touch Orange County. All seven seats are held by Democrats. All are posting solid fundraising totals, none have been caught up in scandal, and most of their districts have gained Democratic voters since the last election. That has experts predicting all seven will keep their seats, particularly with a divisive Republican president at the top of the ticket.
