Arnold Campos sets up camp along along the property of Angel Stadium in Anaheim after OC Public Works announced all Santa Ana Riverbed residents must vacate the eastern side of the river by Friday. OC Public Works is giving the homeless residents until Friday morning to remove their belongs from the east side of the the river.
