Orange County plan for vote centers, mail ballots for all headed for state approval this fall
After holding 29 meetings around the county and collecting thousands of surveys, Orange County Registrar of Voters Neal Kelley is close to finalizing plans for the future of county elections.
Kelly said he’s going to tweak some elements based on public feedback and put the revised plan out for public review, then send it to the California Secretary of State for final approval in mid-September.
