1. Godinez: The Grizzlies won the CIF-SS Division 4 title in 2016 and the Division 2 title in 2017, as well as the Division 2 Southern California Regional title. Godinez has landed in Division 1 this season. The Grizzlies no longer have last season’s player of the year, Bryan Ibarra, but they will be led from the back by returners Oscar Salas and Eric Pineda.
