BOYS BASKETBALL
No. 17 Edison beat San Clemente 62-50 in the first round of pool play at the annual Gary Raya SoCal Elite tournament. The Chargers were coming off a 17-point loss to Compton in the Corona del Mar Beach Bash Saturday. Aiden Garnett led the Chargers with 23 points and Jack Horton added 11. Andrew Herbert led San Clemente with 18 points.
