Shaun McHale pitched an eight-inning one hitter and Valencia broke a scoreless duel with three runs in the top of the eighth for a 3-0 Empire League win at Kennedy. Cole Seward and Dalton Sloniger each went 2-for-4 with a double for half of Valencia’s eight hits. Seward, Ivan Miranda and AJ Santamaria drove in runs in the eighth-inning rally.
