One giant leap backwards for mankind

Today, July 20, we commemorate and celebrate the 50th anniversary of Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin’s epic walk on the moon; a triumph of vision, courage, genius and national commitment almost inconceivable today when we can’t get our roads and bridges repaired or prevent people from living under freeway overpasses.
It’s not possible to communicate the excitement, pride and sheer joy every American felt to those of you born too late to witness the remarkable events of the summe
