It’s never easy picking a single spot to honor as Restaurant of the Year.
In 2020, Restaurant of the Year could be any place that’s still in business. But in keeping with tradition for this annual guide, I’m compelled to identify the one restaurant in a year’s worth of dining that impacted me the most.
