OC sheriff, district attorney call zero-bail order to stem coronavirus spread dangerous

Orange County Sheriff Don Barnes has joined forces with District Attorney Todd Spitzer to oppose the “zero bail” release of California jail inmates awaiting trial on misdemeanors and some felonies.
