O.C. deputies investigating robberies shoot at suspects in Burbank

BURBANK — Deputies from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department shot at robbery suspects in Burbank on Monday night, but it was not immediately clear if anyone was hit by gunfire.
Deputies were looking for suspects “from recent strong-arm robberies,” and about 8:30 p.m. shot at suspects in a vehicle in the 3500 block of West Olive Avenue, near the Ventura (134) Freeway, according to Carrie Braun of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
