Obamacare’s split personality

Obamacare, also known as the Affordable Care Act, has a split personality. Sometimes it’s Dr. Jekyll and sometimes it’s Mr. Hyde.
We don’t hear much from Dr. Jekyll, the scientist in the laboratory who deals in quiet facts and numbers, but there’s no escaping Mr. Hyde. The raging monster appears in campaign commercials, fundraising emails and all day long on TV news, spewing soundbites and terrifying the citizenry with talk of sudden illness and financial death spirals.
