Of all the surprising results to come out of the Nov. 6 election, the most shocking came from the office of Los Angeles District Attorney Jackie Lacey.
On Nov. 20, Lacey’s office announced that nine people have been charged with participating in a voter fraud scheme to solicit “hundreds of false and/or forged signatures on state ballot petitions and voter registration forms.”
