Norwalk man missing after leaving residential care facility

NORWALK — A wheelchair-bound 80-year-old man went missing Monday from a residential care facility in Norwalk.
Oscar Aragon was last seen about 8 a.m. in the 13200 block of Studebaker Road, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
