Northwood swimmer Hunter Hitchens commits to Cornell

Northwood swimmer Hunter Hitchens, who has helped the Timberwolves become an Orange County and CIF-SS Division 1 contender, has committed to Cornell.
The senior placed fourth in the 200-yard freestyle (1:39.72) last season at the CIF-SS Diviison 1 finals and touched seventh in the 100 free (46.15).
The Irvine Novaquatics club swimmer also anchored Northwood’s 200 (1:25.31) and 400 (3:04.04) freestyle relays, which took seventh and fourth, respectively. The Timberwolves placed third overall
