Northbound 405 closed after big rig hits bridge in Westminster

All lanes of a a stretch of the northbound 405 freeway in Westminster were closed Wednesday morning after a big rig hit a bridge overpass that sent debris into the road.
It was shortly before 7 a.m. when the big rig, carrying a backhoe, hit the bridge for Westminster Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
