North Orange County gets afternoon rain; temperature, humidity expected to wane

North Orange County received small amounts of rain Sunday afternoon, Sept. 3.
Westminster received the most rain at 0.31 inches as of 7 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
The rain hasn’t caused any major traffic incidents, according to local police and fire departments.
Temperatures will be cooler and humidity lower starting Monday, National Weather Service meteorologist Stefanie Sullivan said.
