Nixon Library crowds explore Apollo 11 artifacts, space lessons on anniversary of moon landing

A terrestrial run through Yorba Linda kicked off a celebration Saturday, July 20, of the 50th anniversary of the moon landing.
The Space Race 5K was followed by an afternoon of activities at the Nixon Presidential Library & Museum celebrating the success of that historic Apollo 11 mission which happened during Nixon’s time in the White House.
